So we all think we know what sleep is like for families with little babies. But do we really know or do we just have cultural stereotypes and individual experiences? Tom Hale (author of Medications and Mother’s Milk) and Kathleen Kendall-Tackett (author of The Hidden Feelings of Motherhood) are trying to learn more. If you’re the mother of a baby that’s less than a year old, they’re hoping that you would be willing to take their survey. As they say in the introduction to their survey:
In this survey, we will be asking you some detailed questions about how well you and your baby sleep, where members of your family usually sleep, and how tired you feel on most days. We will also ask you some questions about things that can interfere with sleep. There are very few studies on this important topic, and we will use the results for a research study.
